# Build a dashboard

> Put visuals from your queries on one page, arrange them, and share it.

A dashboard is a page of visuals backed by your saved queries, along with text, tables, single values and filters.

</Frame>

## Create a dashboard

Open **Library > Dashboards**, choose **New**, and name it.

## Add charts from a query

On a query's chart, choose **Add to Dashboard** and pick the dashboard. The chart is added to it right away.

</Frame>

## Build in the editor

In **Edit**, **Add element** adds a visualization, a table, a single value, text or a filter to a section. **Add Section** and **Add Page** add rows and pages, and you can drag an element by its handle to rearrange it.

Filters set the dashboard's variables, which elements can use in their filters and titles.

**Save** keeps your edits, and **Preview** shows the dashboard as viewers see it.

## Share it

Share a dashboard with people, or through a public link, the same way as a query. See [Visualize results](/app/visualisations#share-with-people).

<Warning>
  Deleting a query that a dashboard uses breaks the dashboard for everyone in your organization.
