# Liquid Staking

> Track liquid staking protocols across multiple blockchains

Liquid staking allows users to stake their assets while maintaining liquidity through derivative tokens. Users deposit native tokens and receive liquid staking tokens (LSTs) that can be freely transferred, traded, or used in DeFi protocols while the underlying assets earn staking rewards.

| **TVL Daily**   | Daily snapshots of total value locked with staking token supply and underlying assets |
| **Deposits**    | Deposit events when native tokens are staked for liquid staking tokens                |
| **Withdrawals** | Withdrawal events when liquid staking tokens are redeemed                             |

## Key Metrics

* **TVL (Total Value Locked)**: Total native tokens deposited across liquid staking protocols
* **Staking Token Supply**: Total supply of liquid staking tokens
* **USD Valuations**: All amounts include USD-denominated values using end-of-day or hourly prices
