Current stablecoin balance per (address, token), with USD valuation.
balance of 0 is meaningful: the address held this stablecoin and is now empty, rather than the data being missing. Filter with balance > 0 for current holders.
usd_balance values the balance at the current price from the hourly stablecoin price feed, not at the price when the balance last changed.
