arbitrum.perpetuals.markets has one row per listed perpetual market. Current coverage is GMX v1, GMX v2, and Ostium v1. GMX market_symbol is the index symbol and is not unique across markets; use unique_id to identify a market. pair_index is set for Ostium and null for GMX.
