arbitrum.perpetuals.open_interest has one row per market per UTC day. Current coverage is GMX v2 and Ostium v1. The latest day includes activity up to the latest refresh.
Ostium funding_rate and premium are per-block values with 18 decimal places. A positive Ostium funding rate means longs pay shorts. Both are null for GMX. Ostium mark_price_usd is null before 2025-03-03 and null for HSI-HKD.
